This was the most amazing house we have ever stayed in! Joshua was very accommodating and arranged a private boat pick us up at the Tzununa dock and take us to the house so we could drop off our luggage, and then take us on to Panajachel. There is a filtered water faucet in the kitchen, so no need to lug bottled water from town. Rene was available for all of our requests. He had the kayak and paddle board ready every morning, and heated up the hot tub at whatever time of day we requested. The washer and dryer were available for use at any time. Do not hesitate to book this house!

The estate was fantastic. The view of the lake is spectacular, and the house is situated in a location where it is perched above the lake. There is a nice area at the lakeside with some chairs, and a small private dock for lanchas. The house itself is great. The kitchen is large, and well stocked with utensils, and there is a nice charcoal grill outside. The most helpful asset was René, the housekeeper/groundskeeper. He walked us through the house, assisted in carrying luggage, arranged boat transportation, acquired charcoal for the grill, and even assisted in getting a pizza delivered. Make sure to save his contact information upon arrival!

    Most guests arrive via private boat transfer from Panajachel, which brings you directly to the villa's private dock.
  • Is the boat transfer included?
    Yes. Arrival and departure boat transfers between Panajachel and the villa are complimentary with every stay.
  • Can you arrange ground transportation?
    Yes. We offer private door-to-door transportation fully coordinated with your arrival and departure schedule.
  • Is the property suitable for children?
    The estate is situated on a natural hillside with direct lake access. Families are warmly welcomed, and children must be supervised at all times near the water.
  • Are meals available during the stay?
    Yes. Breakfast and private chef experiences can be arranged for your stay. Please let us know your preferences in advance and we will take care of the rest.
  • Is a Kosher kitchen available?
    Yes. A full Kosher kitchen setup can be arranged upon request. Please notify us ahead of your arrival so we can prepare accordingly.
