Surrounded by a curated botanical landscape of exotic plants sourced from around the world—including palms, bamboo, and lush tropical flora—the property unfolds as a private jungle sanctuary. Inspired by a visionary’s global spiritual journey, the villa blends warm rosewood floors, textured stone details, and verdant gardens with sweeping views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. By Car
Guests may park at the private lot located at the top of the mountain, approximately seven minutes from Panajachel. If arriving early, you are welcome to drop off luggage—our on-site manager René will transport it to the villa—then enjoy lunch in town or arrive by boat. Adventurous guests may also choose to walk down the winding jungle path to the estate.
By Boat (Recommended)
Complimentary private boat transfers are available for both arrival and departure between Panajachel and the estate’s private dock, offering a relaxed and step-free alternative to road access.
By Helicopter
The estate features a central helipad accommodating Airbus Écureuil B3 (5 passengers), Robinson R66 (4 passengers), or Robinson R44 (3 passengers). Helicopter transfers are available at an additional cost.
Private Car Service
Luxury and standard car services are available from anywhere in Guatemala for an additional fee.

The villa opens into a luminous living space where floor-to-ceiling windows along the front and sides frame uninterrupted lake and volcano views, inviting nature into every moment. The adjacent dining area flows effortlessly into a serene, open layout, complemented by a striking green marble kitchen designed for both beauty and functionality.
Sliding glass doors lead to an expansive deck and flat garden ideal for outdoor dining and barbecues. Below, a terraced garden and private jungle trail connect the villa to the road above, while a spacious hot tub—nestled beneath a thatched canopy—offers breathtaking views of the lake and volcanoes. Guests also enjoy access to a private sandy beach and dock for exclusive lakeside relaxation.
Upstairs, a carved rosewood staircase leads to the lofted master suite, featuring a king-size bed and panoramic lake views through a large picture window. Downstairs, a second bedroom offers a cozy retreat with its own lake view. A nearby guest bathroom showcases elegant pink marble and a soaking tub positioned to take in the scenery.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy full private access to the estate, including botanical gardens, private sandy beach, dock, deck areas, hot tub, laundry room, professional massage tables, ping pong table, fire pit, helipad, parking areas, and all interior living spaces.
An adjacent guest house is currently undergoing a paused interior renovation and is not accessible during stays. It will be available in the future.

Child Safety
This waterfront property includes steep drop-offs. Children must be supervised at all times.
Water
The designated filtered faucet provides safe drinking water. Bottled or boiled water is recommended elsewhere.
Insects & Wildlife
As part of Lake Atitlán’s tropical environment, guests may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife. Flat spiders and non-lethal scorpions are native and harmless. We recommend wearing shoes at night or in low-light areas.
